Housekeeping services will be provided every three days for guests who stay more than one night. All swimmers are required to bring and wear a swim cap whilst swimming in the aquatic facilities (i.e. training pool, secondary pool and Hot tub) . To better serve all guests on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, all in-house guests are required to book a time slot to access the swimming pool. Time slots can be booked through the online swimming pool booking system after check-in. Guests are allowed to make one time reservation per night stay and the swimming time will be limited to 60 minutes per visit on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The details of the swimming pool booking system will be provided upon check-in. (Please note that capacity is limited and the swimming bookings are on a first come first serve basis) .
According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented.
