Hospitality was very frinedly especially ms elsa
Food variety was delicious
Unfortnately,Breakfast time was too crowded, egg corner was so hectic with long wait..
Price very affordable,, amenities also nice

Good hotel in Batu
The hotel itself is perhaps catered more for MICE guests. The room size was small and they only provide restaurants, pools and gym. No kids activities or family based facilities.
Food serve here is ok, but mostly Indonesian food. The soundproof can also be improved. We can hear conversations or footsteps clearly in the late evening.
Nice place to stay, however.
