The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, it’s on the 2nd floor and the bottom floor of the building doesn't look too appealing but once you get inside, it's fine. To be expected for the area with the old buildings. The staff makes up for it.

We had the Camponello Suite on the 2nd floor. It was really spacious and comfortable, very quiet as it didn't face out onto the street but just know you won't have a view from this particular room. The decor is probably in need of an update as it didn't quite match the gorgeous modern reception. But the suite was spotlessly clean and well appointed. After a long day exploring Milan it felt like coming home as opposed to just being in a hotel.
Service was 24 hours and everyone was always really friendly and easy to deal with.
We stayed five days and would definitely stay again.
