All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by her parents. If the minor is traveling accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization to be able to check into the accommodations. Reservations of 10 or more rooms are subject to special conditions. Once the reservation is made, the property will contact the guest with further instructions. Pets are allowed with additonal fee, COP 35,000 per pet. The accommodations only accepts pets with a maximum weight of 15 kg.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
