Upon returning to my room on the second evening, I was shocked to find that it had not been cleaned, and the bed remained unmade. When I inquired with housekeeping and the front desk, they claimed I had declined cleaning services at check-in—something that was never discussed with me. The manager, after insisting on checking the system, was unable to provide any explanation for this error.
To make matters worse, I was informed that no housekeeping staff were available in the evening, and the hotel could not offer a room change. The only solution? Fresh towels and sheets—if I was willing to change them myself. This level of service is entirely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a luxury property.
Adding to the disappointment, the manager handled the situation with a dismissive and condescending attitude, acting as though waiving a $40 destination fee was a generous resolution to the hotel's failure. His approach to customer service was unprofessional and discourteous, making an already frustrating experience even worse.
Beyond the service failures, the hotel also lacks basic amenities such as in-room coffee makers. Instead, guests must go to the lobby between 6 AM and 10 AM if they want a cup of coffee—an inconvenient and unnecessary hassle.
I would strongly advise against staying here.
