Tägliche Unfallgefahr!
Negativ: ständige Unfallgefahr, da im unteren Eingangsbereich, Pooleingang und Fahrstuhl das Wasser von den Poolbesuchern stand. Ältere Leute waren sehr ungehalten über den Zustand. Poolbesuch für Erwachsene in den 3 Tagen nicht möglich,da zwischen 10 und 15 Kinder, oft ohne Aufsicht rumtobten. Desk Mitarbeiter waren an der Kritik nicht sehr interessiert.
Dieses Hotel nie wieder.

I'm sorry for the issue's you experienced at our pool. Our staff was constantly cleaning up the water that was brought out of the pool area that weekend by guests but unfortunately, it was difficult to keep up with. We completely understand your concern for accidents so we will share your comments within our organization in hopes to come up with a better way to keep up with the access water from the pool area.

Sauber, freundlich und geräumig
Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Viele Parkplätze vor. Um das Hotel finden Sie viele Restaurants. meinen Aufenthalt

We are located right off of the freeway, but I think the nice thing is, is that it is down the hill a ways and not right on top of the hotel. I have worked in a few hotels where it can be just unbearable. I am glad that you agree this is a fairly quiet hotel for being in proximity. We hope that on your next trip to the Livonia area, we will be able to see you again.
