During the check-in, the Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to request a security deposit to guarantee the payment of any damage and/or loss of any equipment part of the villa inventory. The villa inventory, with the cost of each equipment, will be provided to the guest. At the time of the check-in, a security deposit will be requested. This security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The amounts vary according to the type of accommodation: 2 (two) bedroom villa: 300,00€ (three hundred euros); 3 (three) bedroom villa: 400,00€ (four hundred euros): The amount of the deposit will be returned at the time of the check-out, after verifying that there are no damages.
